ABOUT PROJECT
About Us
The project was conducted due to one of the courses taken for this semester, Corporate Finance, with Dr. Suzillah Sidek as our advisor and Side-by-Side as our chosen group name. Our project consists of 5 members, and each of them plays an important role to achieve our goal.

The project is a collaboration between our group and Persatuan Kebajikan Rumah Memperbaharui Johor Bahru (PKRM), to deliver our message, which is to show "there are people who still care for you" to the orphans to ensure they will not feel unwanted by the society.

PKRM Johor Bahru is a community care that is currently managed by the Agape Community Care Society (established in 2001) and both of them serve as non-profit organizations. PKRM Johor Bahru is important as they act as a shelter for orphanages and youth that are dealing with certain issues in their life. Moreover, the organization also provide helps to single parents by offering education and recommendation such as the living environment that needs to be improved to ensure it is suitable for the children. Even workshops and courses for self-improvement are being provided so parents will know the right way to deal with children that have behavioral issues.
Staying in PKRM Johor Bahru can be considered as beneficial to the children since they are able to spend time together, communicate, play and learn together. During a special day, such as Christmas, they will have their own special activities with games and more

PKRM Johor Bahru is not a big organization, so we hope to achieve our target through teamwork and help from society.
Fund Allocation
After some suggestions and asking for opinions from important parties that manage PKRM Johor Bahru, we were told the things they lack of is daily necessities, hence we will be using the collected fund to buy things they need, such as food, shower gel, laundry detergent, and more.
